You feel like you have been wearing a mask throughout your life. You perform and put on a smile, but the pain and sorrow you feel are always there. You think you will never be fully happy, and never be able to fully enjoy life how others do. You keep friends and family at a distance because if they knew the real you they would for sure leave you. When you find yourself alone, you slip into another crying episode and rampant anxiety. Your never good enough thoughts drag you down causing you to feel stuck and hopeless.

You feel completely disconnected from yourself and wonder how you ended up here. You have hopes, dreams, and aspirations but they don’t seem to manifest in your world. You’ve always been a dedicated friend, hard worker, and committed family member, but along the way you’ve lost your dedication and commitment to yourself.

I am here to help you grow the strength you already have so you can face yourself with the same dedication and commitment that you share with others. You might not feel totally worthy of feeling happy, positive, or confident yet–but I promise that is just part of your journey. I will help you learn how to grow through guilt and embrace forgiveness.
