Therapy for Trauma & PTSD

You are stronger than you know and have learned to hide your pain. It’s the first thing you think about when you wake up and the last thing you see as you close your eyes. You stay busy throughout the day with perfectionism tendencies, masking your need for control, since your control was taken. You are angry but resilient and so tired of experiencing reoccurring emotions that hit you out of nowhere. You want your power back. Your voice was silenced and you are unable to experience life how you used to.

No matter how hard you try to move, you feel stuck with your ruminating thoughts and stagnant patterns, making it difficult to enjoy life’s daily pleasures of feeling grounded and present. You feel trapped in your thoughts and find it difficult to move forward in your joy and happiness.

You understand the story of your life, where you came from and how it has shaped you however, long to create your own story. You feel disconnected and lonely within your surroundings and have an innate desire to belong. You are interested in using your perseverance and cultivating: inner strength, self-love, compassion and connection however, are uncertain where to start.

How long have you desired to channel your thoughts and energy into finding the magic in who you are? You are beautiful, worthy and brilliant.

Happiness tuned to me and said - "It is time. It is time to forgive yourself for all the things you did not become. It is time to exonerate yourself for all the people you could not save, for all the fragile hearts you fumbled within the dark of your confusion. It is time, child, to accept that you don't have to be who you were a year ago, that you don't have to want the same things. Above all else, it is time to believe, with reckless abandon that you are worthy of me, for I have been waiting for years.
